If your trousers don’t fit as expected, we’ve got two solutions to ensure you get the perfect fit:
If the suit you purchased includes the option to choose different trouser sizes on the product page, we can easily process an exchange for the correct size. Simply start a return request, and we’ll handle the rest.
If your suit is part of a complete set without the option to swap trousers, don’t worry! All our trousers are designed with extra fabric in the waistband, allowing them to be adjusted by a local tailor. Here’s how it works:

No worries! We offer simple solutions depending on the type of suit you purchased:
If your suit has the trouser swap feature, you only need to return the jacket and waistcoat. We’ll exchange them for the correct size, and you can keep the trousers as they are.
If your suit is a complete set, you’ll need to return the entire suit, including the trousers. We’ll exchange the whole set for the next size up or down. After you receive the new suit, you can easily have the trousers adjusted at a local tailor or dry cleaner.
Alteration Tip: Most trousers are designed to be easily altered. Tailors can adjust the waistband by 1.5-2 inches or shorten the length in just 10-20 minutes. This is a quick and affordable solution to ensure your trousers fit perfectly after receiving your new suit.
Once we receive your return, it typically takes 2-3 business days to process your refund. After the refund is initiated, it usually takes 5-10 business days for the money to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Here’s how the process works:
1. Return Delivery Time: It usually takes 2-6 business days for your returned item to reach us, depending on your location.
2. Refund Processing: Once we receive the item, we’ll process the refund within 2-3 business days.
3. Bank Processing Time: After the refund is initiated, your bank or payment provider typically takes 5-10 business days to reflect the refund in your account.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. If you don’t see the funds in your account after 10 business days, feel free to contact us—we’ll be happy to assist you further and ensure the refund is completed smoothly.
Unfortunately, we cannot process returns or exchanges for any items if the original tags and labels have been removed. For suits, waistcoats, and jackets specifically, the red tag must remain attached to confirm the item is unworn and in its original condition, as required for a refund or exchange. For all other products, please ensure that all original labels are intact to successfully process your return or exchange.
